Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused cutlery or kitchenware in its original manufacturer's packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
